We booked based on reviews and, photos posted. Room was marketed as "superior" and was supposed to be 300 square feet of delightful comfort complete with bath robes, slippers , nice bathroom. Room we received was nothing like that and in fact the check-in staff were immediately trying to sell us an upgrade even before completing the process. We entered a... More

Stayed here for 4 nights staff very genuine and helpful especially short haired woman at reception food is great and the gardens and setting are amazing.. Bit far away from everything if renting a moped fine but just walk down road and hail taxi as hotel quoted us crazy prices to arrange taxi.. Pleasant stay and enjoyed the relaxation here... More

The hotel is cheaply priced for a 4 star place but when you arrive and inspect the beach for the first time you know why. The sand is obviously artificially placed there, right next to it is somewhat like a fishermens pier with high activity all night through. But all this is somewhat acceptable in the light of the cheap... More

I think this hotel is lovely, setting is perfect, very quiet apart from noise from the cleaners cupboard next door to my room, so I guess if you are not in room 614 you will have a perfect stay! Did see a few strange tiny bugs in the shower too that freaked me out a bit. Spa was amazing, the... More

The resort is fantastic and has everything you would need during your vacation, a restaurant, pool and staff to help all around the clock. The place is near to the airport and has it own private beach overlooking Big Buddha. Not exactly a swimming beach though. It's about a 15 min drive from the main Bophut area/market, 10 mins away... I was travelling with my wife and 3 year old daughter Room: We had booked a pool access room. It was huge and very nicely done up. My daughter was too excited about the pool access since she could waddle in whenever she wanted. Attention to detail is great. Each and every item is based on a seashell theme. Loved... More

The Hotel village is really nice and distributed, swimming pool is also nice, in front of the sea. The breakfast was good, also located in front of the beach. Room was big, with jacuzy in the balcony and everything was very cleaned. A pit that is not located close to the night area.... so you need to take a taxi... More

Although its a nice And quite hotel the information provided is false: "superior rooms "that means up a huge number of stairs.... " private beach" just a 30m2 of Sand And you cannot swim in it.. All prices are inflatted, just cross the road And you will pay 50% of it. Worst of all the staff don't provide you with... More

The only negative experience during our fantastic holiday! First of all, do not be misled by the location: it is NOT Bo Phut but outside a remote village not even nearby Bo Phut, you need a taxi and a 10 minute drive, if not more! The staff is not friendly, not in any way at any time, especially very unfriendly... More
