We stayed 2 seperate nights and both were without problems. Rooms are small but have all you need and the shower room was very big. We did find that the shower soaked the whole bathroom, as it was behind a partition but open one side. However, it was hot and powerful. Wifi everywhere in hotel and restaurant. The menu in... More

We stayed here overnight on our way back to the UK. Efficient is really the perfect word to describe the staff here, everything from check in to the restaurant service was brisk and no-nonsense. The food was really good as was the very reasonably priced wine we had. My only minor niggle is that if you choose, as we did,... More

This is a Logis, and every French town should have one. The idea is a comfortable night's sleep and a good breakfast (loved the jus de pomme - only in Normandy). This provides it in a simple, homely way. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, otherwise I would certainly have dined there too - it looks lovely. Attractive courtyard. Good hotel... More

The rooms are good rather than excellent but the evening meal was so good we decided to stop there on our way back from holiday too! We were not disappointed and would definitely revisit just for the food.

We stopped for a night here and found it a well-appointed but somewhat disappointing experience. Although there was nothing to complain about as far as the facilities are concerned. the standard of our welcome and service could be improved upon. At dinner and breakfast - the quality of both of which was fine if not outstanding - the service was... More

This is a small friendly hotel in a bustling little town. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant serves beautifully cooked traditional french food. My coq au vin was one of the best I have had and everything seems home cooked and freshly prepared. Breakfast was 'plentiful and pleasant'. Prices are very reasonable, particularly for demi- pension. The only... More

We used this for a stop over on the way back to Calais from the South West of France. Accessible safe parking in the courtyard proved perfect for our large car and massive roof box - which easily fitted under the access arch. Parking required no more than very average driving skill to achieve in what was a full hotel.... More

This hotel is well worth a visit for its food but the parking in the courtyard is limited and difficult for a larger car. Handicap facility is limited to ground floor room ( no special bathroom grab rails etc ) and breakfast room is up steps.

Some extreme reviews for this hotel - it is neither 'perfection' nor awful. It is a typical family run 2 * French country hotel ,with the advantage of locked courtyard parking. We have stayed here a few times over the past 8 years as a stopover driving up through France. The rooms are adequate, the beds serviceable. The dinner menu... More

Stayed here for 3 nights during a recent trip and found it to be one of the best experiences we had in France. The room was supremely comfortable and very quiet, so much so that we nearly overslept and missed breakfast on the first night. Speaking of breakfast, it was plentiful and pleasant. The staff were very approachable and attentive.... More
