The hotel is located quite close to the city centre, and it has a really good breakfast included in price. On the down side: the lift was not working, and the wifi signal was poor. All in one it was a good experience.

The hotel room was cheesy, it is cheap so I was kind of prepared for that. However waking up receiving a free massage by a lovely swarm of redbugs was a surprise I didn't expect. I told the staff about it but I didn't get a single cent back. If you don't like sleeping alone, or if you like bugs... More

I wrote quite some hotel reviews on tripadvisor the last years. Normally I can find at least some positive things to say. This hotel however is an exception. Because of some major events in Brussel on April 21st and 22nd, the hotel rooms in the city were sky high. An average hotel room could easily cost you 300 euro's or... More

I will list the positive things first so as not to seem too negative * The staff was corteous * There was WIFI in the room * The hotel was close to the Botanique Metro stop,... More

The hotel is cheap, looks cheap and the location is not the best. But is clean and close to Brussels Nord Station. The breakfast is included but don't expect much. It was ok for us because we stayed for only one night and had to catch the train in the morning.

For starters, upon arrival the man at the desk was not very enthusiastic to see customers. After paying and giving us our key we walked up 4 flights of stares with each floor beginning to smell more and more like axe and body odor. When we entered the room for six people it seemed nice at a first glance, but... More
