We were in Brussels for 2 days and we tried to book something close to the city center. The hotel is quite average for a 4 star rating. I didn't like the room that much. The space was quite small and some of the furniture pieces were pretty worn out. Bathroom was ok, nothing special. To save time and make... More

Hotel looks dodgy from outside - not really impressive with only 2 small signs. Staff not particularly helpful and breakfast not really appealing - tinned fruit salad. Asked for more coffee and was told they only supply 2 each day. Not impressed! Chauffeured/shuttle service to station or airport you are charged - more expensive than taxi. They do not replace... The hotel is located withing walking distance of the city center. The room is confortable, clean and the hotel has a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. At my first night the Wi-Fi wasn't working, but the staff fixed the problem quickly after my complain, with good mood. Close to the metro station Rogier.

The hotel is nice, rooms are confortable and the hotel is well situated, within walking distance from Grand-Place and with all public transportation near by. Breakfast could be much improved, the room is too small if you go in a busy hour, and it lacks good fresh fruit.

A group of us stayed at this hotel which is very conveniently located - within walking distance of Brussels Central and within a stones throw from the local train/metro station (Brussels Noord). Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. The rooms were clean and spacious and beds very comfortable.

Hotel Progress is a decent hotel to stay, a bit north of Brussels center at place Rogier and next to Brussels North train station. City center is in walking distance (about 10 mins). The area is quite lively with several shops and restaurants around the place. Rooms are furnished quite modern and spacious enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. However... More

The staff on arrival were very welcoming to us we as it was a birthday gift for my partner I requested an upper floor room with a nice view which we got. The room was very nice and comfortable the only issue I have with the room is the bathroom... More

My friend and I stayed in one of the executive rooms here for three nights - our trip was for sightseeing and a concert. As my friend is a few weeks pregnant, we wanted the best comfort and environment for her. Everything was clean, tidy and well kept for us - the hotel staff were lovely, helpful and polite when... On the outside this hotel looks run down and bit dodgy, however on the inside it is very smart. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, everything you need in a hotel. However, the service was terrible!! It took a receptionist half an hour to check in 3 people which made us late and turned the day into a... More

This modern hotel is a bit of a distance from the historical center and seems to cater more to the business traveler. Nord station is not at all user friendly as the metro station and railroad station converge in one building that isn't well-marked. The room was very well-appointed and clean, but the only breakfast option is expensive and when... More
