The hotel was clean enough and did include a breakfast buffet for the price. It did the job, but it was near the red light district, so there wasn't a lot of places to eat nearby. It was a train ride from the city centre so it wasn't that convenient either.

This is not a luxury hotel however it is central and easy to find. The rooms are dated - the lift says that it was installed in 1992 and I would guess that no improvements have been made to the rest of the décor since this date. It was ideal for our needs as we were two males on a short trip to watch football. The staff were all very pleasant although the overall decor is in need of serious upgrade. Old furniture, smelly room, small toilet separated with bathroom, old bed and old TV box, old fridge and dark room, this hotel really need more and well maintain.. suprisingly they did provide good and tasty HongKie breakfast..

This hotel is in 15 min walk from Gand Place and few steps away from North Station of Brussels. Good location but hotel is calling for refurbishing. Once again it proves, that you get what you pay for.

The Chao Chow palace is located very close to Noord station, this means that noise can be very intrusive.
