A room was booked for me at this hotel with the organisation, which invited me for a business event in Brussels. The hotel is located in a not-so-nice a neighbourhood with a relatively easy access from the Brussel's Northern railway station. Its location is quiet and public transport is relatively close by so it still enjoys the advantages of connectivity.... More

Stayed 3 nights in this Hotel on a business trip. The room was very small but it is advertised like that so i wasnt expecting anything larger. I was disappointed with the internet. The signal wasn't reaching my room properly which was situated at the end of the corridor and the speed was very slow. Once it took me a... More

A colleague booked this hotel, which turned out to be close to a red light district... The hotel itself is OK: decent room, relatively clean, basic but good enough breakfast buffet. But once you go outside (for example, to find a restaurant) you find yourself in a rough neighborhood...

The hotel has nice clean rooms whose size is good by European standards. The service is also fine, except for the fact they did not sort out how to accommodate customers luggage when they arrive earlier than 3 PM which is the check in time, since outgoing customers checking out at 11 AM tend to also leave their luggage in... Not much to write home (or on trip advisor about). Stayed here back in April for a conference and it was some what convenient with a taxi stand and public transit out front. Short walk to the gardens was nice and a short taxi to most awesome restaurants. Staff was pleasant (door man was a hoot) the front staff was... More

When travel abroad you look for comfort in being treated like a human being. When I arrived in Brussels at 9 am. After travailing for 10 hours, I was greeted with the worst attitude by the hotel clerk at best western. I wanted to find another hotel. After traveling for so many hours you just want a shower and a... More

We stayed for a city break - 2 nights - in Brussels, very clean hotel, good breakfast and very helpful and nice personnel! Rooms are rather small, but the location is good. Parking lot for 8 cars right in front. 15 min walk from Grote Markt/Central Place; 10 min walk from St.Michel and Goudula Cathedral, where the ho-on-hop-off busses have... More

This hotel is located in the not so safe part of Brussels. It's right next to the red light district and street gangs. My husband and I asked a Police officer if it was safe to walk to our hotel from the Grand Place touristy area at night and they said that location is a no police zone and no... More

The Hotel is a short walk from one of Brussels' train stations. You'll find it small, clean, quiet, comfortable. Desk reception was exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast was poor as items were not replenished and often the egg container was empty. A bit overpriced for its amenities.

Another corporate booking hotel gem! Basic doesn't begin to cover it. Tiny bathroom and separate toilet, 2 single beds pushed together, room v small. Seemed to be clean enough, and shower hot and powerful, and wi-fi worked ok. Tiny bar / reception, all handled by 1 person on duty. Little things annoyed. - Mini bar locked and no key; kettle...
