Great value in this hotel. Not expensive and recently renovated. The staff in this hotel is extremely friendly and helpfull. The location is good in the center of Viana. The bdrooms are brand new, but the space in the shower was very small in our room. Breakfast was great.

The hotel is very clean and modern and in a great location. It is very quiet as well.The walls, however, are a bit thin so you can hear a litte bit what is going on in the other rooms and some of the rooms are small. Nonetheless it is a pleasant place.

This is rather an elegant small hotel, very well situated, with a friendly welcome and quite decent breakfast. Would be better still with some attention to maintenance.
