Hotel was very clean and bed was firm and a good size. The staff were very friendly. Real orange juice for breakfast!! Good location. Would recomend this hotel to anybody. more

Simple but stylish decor, very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, breakfast pretty good, central location with convenient parking over the road. Viana is a great place to stay, too.Only complaint is that aircon didnt work and wasnt fixed. more

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of October, and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Viana is a beautiful, unspoilt town with a wonderfully preserved center, great restaurants, good local beaches, and good walking in the hills behind the city. This hotel is small and quite simple, but with nice modern decor and furnishings, and very clean and comfortable.... more

nicely refurbished, centrally located, hotel in old mansion. had a large room but bit noisy as overlooked road and next to lift. free wifi. filling but unexceptional breakfast except for great fresh squeezed orange juice. doesnt quite live up to the Lonely Planet billing of luxury hotel but good if you get the right room. more
