We had such a warm, friendly welcome upon arrival (thank you, Mara!). We were provided a map upon check-in and Mara took the time to mark the sites that we should see during our stay. She also made a couple of recommendations for restaurants to visit, one of which I will review separately. This hotel is very quaint and is... More

This is a very well made hotel that makes very clever use of a restricted urban space. The hotel is beautifully done, though the bathroom is a little impractical! The breakfast is so good I found myself regularly overeating. The parking is a bit expensive but safe and convenient. However, it is the staff at the hotel who really made... More

The Eurostars is located easily within walking distance of both nightlife, shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel is not in the "Old city" and has parking, so it's much easier to enjoy if you've rented a car. Only a couple of minutes taxi-ride from the Old city, Mercado of food and about 20minutes from the airport. Breakfast was great including... More

Again chose the hotel because of the reviews. Parking is at the hotel, at a price, but spacious for a big car! The room spacious, so is bathroom, the downfall, the internet is terrible. One moment it works, then it is not. Breakfast ok. Reception friendly, but the man on duty, could not give advice on a beauty salon, or... More

Nice hotel, quiet location, modern furnishings, parking next door. A little bit too far out of Porto, about 20 minutes walk, but uphill back, OK if you like exercise. Cobblestone streets so good footwear needed. Although we enjoyed our stay we would choose a hotel closer to the front should we visit again.

Great place to stay if you want to walk to the nightlife. Within walking distance to lots of sights. Clean and comfortable. Nothing significant. Breakfast wasn't included and was quite high. Wifi was terrible and I couldn't get on most of the time. Preferred to eat in the neighborhood.

Rooms are small but you're in a city do its mainly for sleeping but big windows that open mean good for a relax between site seeing and going in evening. No external from rear facing rooms No sound between rooms, can hear hum of lift and people in corridor but not many rooms per floor. Comfortable beds Good bathroom though... More

the hotel is a little walk from town in an unassuming street but it belies luxury inside huge rooms and guest bathroom lovely ambiance and lovely reception staff. Saraia and Mara could not do enough for us on the front desk hats off to a lovely place with lovely staff. Porto itself is a wonderful city with many hidden streets,... More

We stayed there for one night. Clean room, no issues at all. Perfect location, friendly staff. One of the best breakfasts we ever had. Fastest checkout ever, between starting the conversation with recrption staff and arrival of the Taxi we ordered were maximum (!!) three minutes. Perfect!

Booked 2 deluxe double rooms one had king size bed one only had double bed. Bed was on the firm side. Reasonable size room space good size bathroom with bath and shower over. Excellent breakfasts and waiting staff very pleasant and helpful. Bartender was sullen and miserable should be put on customer relations course or sacked. Reception staff all spoke... More
