Stayed here on a 4 day birthday break. Good location for the old city and plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable, good sized room with aircon/heating. The attractions are the art deco building with its magnificent staircase and attractive lounge and the top floor balcony views (rooms here I am led to believe are more expensive). Rooms and bathrooms are small but adequate for a short break - two nights' maximum I'd say. More

We selected this residencial for its location and price and were very satisfied. We occupied a small suite on the 6th floor with access to a large, but shared terrace. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the room gets cramped by 9 am. Would not hesitate to return. More
