impressive looking communal areas but not suitable for young children. Our child fell fown one of many hazardous stairwells (8ft!) onto marble flooring as their was no barrier at that height. This hotel was very well situated to drive to, park and enjoy Porto. The facilities are great with large luxurious rooms. The staff are very friendly but still professional. The breakfast is excellent. A taxi to the city centre is only 5 Euros. And all that at a bargain price!! more

Not 5 star. No Teamaking or trouser press, unusual given the volume of business types who use it. Charge for car parking, can you believe it ? The broadband service is expensive and only available on the ground floor....so much for Wifi access.
