This hotel is far from the city center and the historic area of Porto. It was 500 metr.far from the Casa Da Musica where there is the Metro Station in a clean area ,two big shopping malls. Our room was clean but without any view on the second floor, free Wi-Fi.The hotel service was average. No stuff helped us with our luggages... More

Old fashioned hotel from the '80, the reception, the lobby, the building is a time tourney to the past, but on the other hand the room and the furniture is modern, while the bathroom is worn and old. The breakfast is O.K., the staff is friendly, the garage is a labyrinth with a lots of columns and columns.... Free WIFI... More

Extremely disappointing, and definitely NOT 4 Star. PROS: Rating 3 stars because price per night wasn't too bad (Less than 80 Euro) I would not stay again though. Breakfast was average, 5 Euro each if you do not purchase ahead of time (4 Euro at check-in) It is worth the price though, especially since nothing else nearby opens until 10am.... More

PLEASE TAKE 2 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME TO READ THIS: Last year in November I stayed with my family in a hotel in Porto for a weekend. We booked two nice rooms on the 10th floor, the so-called “business floor”, because I had to work that weekend and therefore was looking for some peace and quiet. That Saturday morning after... More

Good staff let down by a hotel with mediocre facilities. The restaurant is in the hotel next door, and is ne better than a cafeteria with a very limited menu. The only item worth trying was an omelette (overcooked) with chips (completely cold) There are much better hotels in Porto for the same price.

My girlfriend and I visited in July during peak season, but the room rates here were very reasonable. Location is very good because it's a short walk to the Casa da Musica metro stop, which you can take a 10-minute ride into the city center. Rooms are very clean and the showers are spotless. The only downside is that the... More

It was our first time in Oporto and we were very happy with the setting of the hotel. The room we were given was spacious and had a good view of the street. The hotel was quiet which suited us for a good nights sleep and an afternoon rest. Joanna and her colleagues at reception were very helpful with check... More

Arriving at the hotel the reception staff were a little busy but service was swift and the reception staff were very attentive and very pleasant. We had asked for a nice quiet room and we were given a lovely large room or suite if you would like to call it that as it had a separate area with dining table and... The rooms here are large and light but the hallways are oddly dark and lighted with small lights you would find on a Christmas tree. The desk staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was average. Located near the Parque Cristal but not near center of town or tourist destinations.

Great room size, a bit tired rooms but beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was very poor. Evening bar staff very good and professional, the bar is the only thing that makes you feel like you are in a luxurious place. Overall experience 7 out of 10!
