Stayed here for the second time last October, now would not consider staying anywhere else when in Porto. I was with two friends on their first visit to the hotel and they really enjoyed it. Very friendly staff , excellent position for the town , the river and the port houses. Going again tomorrow with friends and have already booked... More

Not our best experience in Portugal. Extremely noisy renovations directly above us and strong headache-inducing paint fumes. We complained and were moved to a tiny room on a lower floor which, unfortunately, was just above a very busy, noisy street ..... one of those 'can't win for losing' situations. We didn't enjoy the breakfast at all. There was nothing hot,... More

We spent 3 nights at this hotel between Christmas and New Year. The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful, other staff members did not speak much English. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the shower was great. The hotel was however poorly insulated for cold weather and noise....the room was cold despite the heater being on all the... More

Coming with a parking option and situated in nice historical surroundings, we liked this hotel very much. We stayed for two nights, got a spacious room with two bathrooms and were admitted earlier than check in, because we arrived in the morning due to our itinerary. The staff was always very nice and very helpful. Bathrooms and room clean, gorgeos... More

This hotel is definitely well located. 2 blocks from the river and 2 blocks from the metro stop. I was very disappointed in their choice of furniture and curtains; very depressing atmosphere in the bedrooms.

Perfectly situated for exploring Porto, and just 5 minutes walk if you come by metro from the airport to S. Bento (change at Trinidad). Nice rooms and the breakfast was very good. Short walking distance to the river bank and to the bridge leading to the other side of Douro where all the port winemakers have their companies.

This hotel is about 5 minutes on foot from the busy and noisy Ribiera; a great location with easy access to all the main sights of this lovely city. Rooms on the upper floors have wonderful views over the town. Big parking garage under the public park a block downhill from the hotel; no parking at the hotel and it... More

Great little hotel in close proximity to visiting Porto. Rooms are small like Paris however you have perfect AC and wifi. I was on a room on the street which is very noisy but by putting on the AC the noise level was nil. Nice bar downstairs and breakfast was included. Very helpful & friendly staff who helped give a...
