We were very pleased at the quality & friendly staff at Tiara Park. Although we only stayed 1 night could of been happier. Nice clean rooms, good sized. Excellent Bar & Coffee Lounge. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 8 years and I found that . All the staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable with very good wifi connectivity. The food is very good well presented and the service in the restaurant is excellent. The staff in this hotel do an... More

We stayed in Tiara Porto for 6 days in August. Tiara is older hotel but is really well maintained. Room has nice deco and bathroom well equip. Staff was really polite and attentive. It was the easiest time during our holiday with our two year old son. For example restaurant staff was always one step ahead. They would even pack... More

Well it didn't help that we were put in a room next to one that was being completely renovated and therefore the banking and drilling did not help our intitial impressions. We had to go and see the receptionist who agreed to change our room, but this was hassle we didn't need. The hotel was a long way from the... More

Just returned after a 4 day trip to Porto. This hotel didn't seem like 5 star. We were on 15th floor, the food and drinks in the hotel was very expensive. We chose bed and breakfast. Breakfast was average as they wanted to charge for fresh omelettes (not normal for 5 star hotel service). The hot food was also cold,... More

Stayed here dueing the first week in September for a conference at the University. What a lovely surprise. The staff here are outstanding - very helpful, friendly and clearly service is very important to them. The room (921) was spotlessly clean with lovely linen, great sized towels and good toiletries. The room was lovely and quiet with a good TV... More

We went here in August for four nights, having two double rooms. The Tiara Park is a very average 5-star hotel, with nothing outstanding about it. You'll find lots of plastic flours in the hotel, a very small fitness room and no pool. Generally, we didn't get the luxurious experience you might expect from a 5-star hotel. Everything seems like... More

The quality of the staff makes this hotel. They are very, very, helpful and wanting to make your stay enjoyable. They offered a Port cave visit to Grahams which was excellent, on walking back do use the gondola cable car from the riverside up to the top of the bridge, the views are lovely during the 5 minute journey. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel in mid August 2014. We wanted to move from a twin to a double room and this was no problem. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with a scenic view over the city. The hotel is about a 40 minute walk but there is a metro station near the Casa De... More

Large marble bathroom with all the emenities, to include two robes. Free Internet in the room and it was high speed. A safe was in the closet and there was a minibar.
