Went there in bussiness trip (to a symposium in Porto) and was shocked to see the quality of the hotel relating the rating... 4 stars?? Maybe 2 stars!! The rooms are small and unconfortable, the breakfeast didn't had expresso coffee included and I had to pay an extra €1,20 for a LOUSY expresso. To park the car is a nightmare.......... More

A warm welcome was received. Hotel and especially the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Hearty breakfast and an ideal location to explore Porto outside the city. More

The only two good things are position of the hotel 8not far from the old town-center) and breakfast that is decent. Rooms are far from 4 stars hotel (2-3 stars would be realistic, for example there is even no hairdryer in most of them and furniture is at least 15-20 years old), they don't have a garage, so we parked... We stayed in this hotel in July 11. Property is located not too far from Trinidade metro station. Walk is about 7-8 min but it's not easy to find so if walking from metro print out the map direction. Hotel is more like a 3 star not 4. Furniture and bathroom fixtures were quite dated.. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is... More

We booked two rooms, for two nights at this property. We realized the 4 star rating was not realistic, and expected a 3 star. I researched the hotel on line, and did read about a bed bug incident. I work in the industry, and understand that this can happen anywhere. I also read the manager's comments and was satisfied. We... More

Good for the money we paid: big room for adults, instead of extra bed for child they gave us a key for extra room. It's clean, breakfast - good and ample. Though the district it is situated in is rather quirky in night. But so is almost entire Porto, though it's rather beautiful city. Ali in all hotel is good... More

Hotel is ok but not the star rating they claim,it's clean and in a quiet location, staff are very friendly and helpful, cooked part of breakfast is ok,the continental part is pretty good if you like that sort of thing, the safe is extra at €1.50 per day,you only get tea/coffee tray if you ask for it,there is no restaurante. The hotel is only... When my boyfriend and I decided to go to Porto for a weekend, we chose this hotel because it was part of the Best Western chain and seemed to be good value for a 4* hotel. However, when we arrived we were immediately struck by how dated and tired looking the hotel was. My parents (who used to live in... More

Me and my boyfriend we stayed here 2 nights. What was ment to be a short Valentine's brake ended up being our worse nightmere ever. After our first night I wake up full of bed bugs bites all over my body . Initially I thought that is maybe an allergie, however later in the day we've seen lots of bugs... More

The management regrets this episode - unprecedented at the Best Western Hotel Inca - that upset some guests during those two days. To whom we apologise once again. The problem was immediately and fully solved. We would also like to point out that the Best Western Hotel Inca proceeds strictly in cleaning and maintenance of its facilities. More

Not having stayed in a Best Western before my wife and I did not know what to expect. But we certainly didn't expect the excellent value the Inca offers. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless - and there was loads of storage space. The buffet breakfast was as good as any we've had anywhere, with several different (usually local)... More
