This is an excellent hotel with friendly, informative and helpful staff. We took our four month old son here and the staff gave us an early check in and had already provided a change mat, a cot in excellent condition and even a baby bath in our apartment. We also enjoyed breakfast in our room each day. But we would... More

Couple in 60s, we stayed here for 3 nights wanting more space than hotel rooms give and some flexibility for eating at home. It is very well located - hard to find first time but after that fine. A quiet location with a good communal terrace with a nice view over the cathedral. Facilities in apartment were good. Could have... More

The hotel is located in the center of Porto. The driving to the hotel is a little challenging, since you have to go through the tiny streets and then get the car in the small elevator to reach the hotel parking. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. They offered the help with maps, exploring the city and... More

The apartment was terrific. it was modern and very clean. The staff were great, especially Maria who gave us some very good tips on the neighbourhood, i.e. restaurants and local sights. She gave us both a glass of port when we arrived and a bottle of port when we left. A nice touch. The breakfast was good but the breakfast... More

This hotel is great. I totally recommend. A very good price and an excellent service. Everything is new, modern, very well decorated. I did not want to leave! It is located in the old part of the town but in a walking distance to everywhere. Bring your own map because the taxi drivers say not know the street.

This lovely hotel is tucked away in a quiet street but in walking distance to center and very convenient to the Sao Bento train station, restaurants, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. We'll definitely return, especially to again savor Isabel's cakes!

This hotel is perfect! Despite its location near to the Porto monuments, churches, and the river, the employees are fantastic! Sara, Maria and Isabel will help you, since breakfast to the city tour, adapting your time in Porto to the best sites and restaurants. Our GPS lead straight to the hotel, without problems. We surely will return!!

The property is in the old town so is very well placed to visit local attractions but this does mean having to navigate the one way system - with the additional drama of roadworks. Our GPS couldn't cope and we ended up organising to follow a taxi to the front door. Humour turned to hysterical laughter when we saw the... More

This small and beautiful hotel is right in the centre of Porto. Each and every place of interest is within walking distance. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and is also remarkably professional. The hotel is beautifull and has a great view of the cathedral (check the hotel's secret terrace: best view in the world!). In all honesty, if... More
