Nice Hotel very clean and big room for family ( 2 room ), I am traveling with wife and two kids. The staff is very helpful and humble. The Hotel also near by the shopping area and also the tourism attraction and also near the train station . The hotel in the downtown and the distance to airport is not... More

Old hotel with some new features. Location is good in the centre. Room was good sized, bed comfortable, telly with good selection, unfortunately aircon did not heat so I was freezing. Toiletries and mostly hot water. I wish the cleaners would look at the doors and see the dirt and clean it. Wifi very good and free. Breakfast served from... More

Very pleasant if slightly dated, very good breakfasts with gluten free bread on request, easy walking distance to all major sights and the metro. Great views from the 17th floor bar. Major updating seems to be ongoing, so would be interesting to see the result next year. Very happy with stay

I stayed here for one night as part of a solo trip through Portugal and I chose the Hotel because of its rooftop restaurant. The Hotel is about fifteen minutes walk from the Centre (longer to walk back as it is uphill!) and very close to the Trindade metro stop. My room on the seventh floor was quite small -... More

Located in downtown Porto, Portugal, this seventeen story hotel in a city with hundred of hotels is an outstanding oasis for travelers and locals as well. The Portugese people are very friendly and helpful but the language is very difficult and most do not speak English or even Spanish. This hotel offers a real treat: a real full breakfast that... Very polite staff, average breakfast, near center of the city, near bus and metro station, hotel restaurant big enough, 17 floors and only two elevators, my room on the third floor was awful, I feel that it is dirty and I looked to the chimney, toilet was good, no slipers, it is to epensive accomodation for what you have, I... Couldn't fault the room at all. Plenty of space and very clean. Breakfast room was small, but didn't have to wait long for table. Food wasn't brilliant though, just ok. We did use the restaurant which is located on the top floor, its best to book, and sit out on the balcony for great views across the city if possible,... More

We spent 5 nights in cell 501. The room is very small, very dark, it doesn't have a window but does have a door which is at an angle so lets no light in. The room is dated and has bare walls. The bed is one of those cheap, hard ones. I had to enter the bathroom sideways as it... More
