Very friendly staff. The location of the hotel is quite good - all main attractions of Porto can be reached in walking distance. The room was very nice and clean. The sky-bar is also a nice place to rest after hard working day. Good breakfast. Expensice internet. Parking is 10eur/night, located just across the road with convenient access. More

This hotel is a gem. As is charming, but very hilly, Porto. Our room was more of a suite, with spectacular views over Porto. Dusk to nightfall was especially beautiful. The staff were very professional and helpful. As the hotel is conveniently located, it is a short walk to the main attractions. The breakfast the next day made the stay... More

I stayed here in a business trip and liked it very much. Good rooms, with lots of space. Very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and served until 11am witch let me have some more time of sleep. Very central. I recommend it. More

Good room, great view from the bar (17th floor), warm staff. The hotel's handicap is that there's nothing to do nearby and it is still 1km away from the city centre. More

I stayed here for four nights and really, enjoyed my stay. In response to some of the earlier comments, I would like to say... the quality of room was excellent, very clean, a really comfortable bed and the shower and A/C worked well. The staff were all very friendly and the bellboys were always around and helpful. I ate in... More

First impressions of the hotel are not great, it's a slightly tired looking tower that dominates the otherwise historical architecture of Central Porto. The awning on the front of the hotel was very dirty too (thick with bird droppings). Inside, however, the hotel is bright and clean. My room was on the 14th floor, the view was stunning. The rooms... We paid the most for this hotel during our trip to Portugal, and the other hotels were just much more superior in cleanliness and service. One elevator (of two) was broken, and the other had been broken the day before. I kept finding black hairs on my sheets, and the hotel was a bit dated, though that didn't bother me... More

This is a good enough hotel for a short business trip, but fell short of what I would expect in a 4-star establishment. The room was spacious and had all the basic facilities, but the carpet was very grubby and the furniture worn and scratched. Public areas have obviously been refurbished more recently and were smart enough, but the rooms... More

Although a rather old business hotel, we stayed here for a long weekend to visit Porto and found it quite pleasant. I had a few room issues, shower only worked if you used cold water, and AC in room not cooling properly, however the staff addressed both issues promptly and both were fixed before I returned back to my room. It's a good hotel to stay, the rooms are big and breakfast is good. Have a park near to hotel. More
