I booked two rooms on a three nights', 2014 end-of-the year stay. I wanted to have a simple bed and breakfast and this hotel awarded with "2013 Trip Advisor Award" seemed like a nice option. In general the hotel is supposed to be "budget", so the low quality of the trims (floor, carpets, walls and lobby) were not a complete... More

I'll start with the positive- the room was big. Everything else was negative. Dirty, lumpy, hard beds, horrible breakfast, no wifi anywhere but the lobby. We had to beg for toilet paper roll (there was none when we came into the room, and it took 3 requests (2 in person!) to actually get a single roll). Location is in a... More

The location of the hotel is not ideal for tourists but it was ok for business travellers as transfers are easy. The reception service had made fatal error and booked double rooms instead of twins for company of total strangers . As there were no twin rooms available we had to share a bed with people we met at the... More

This was a great place to stay for two nights while visiting Porto (our second hotel in Portugal). The location is pretty convenient, and you walk through an interesting local neighborhood to reach the main square and waterfront. The reception staff were all very helpful. The breakfast buffet is quite good, with hot foods and a variety of fruits, bread,... More

I came here with a group of friends for a weekend trip last summer. We were mainly staying in Spain but came to Porto for the weekend and wanted to have a central hotel for a decent price. We only stayed 1 night so it was a relatively short trip. The hotel itself seemed clean overall. We had a tour... More

We stayed for 2 night and room was quite good, big size room, bathroom and terrace. Reception and garage parking were also both pretty new. Location was also quite good. Near the bus station and about ten minutes walking from the underground. Receptionist also kind The problem was in the breakfast. A four star hotel cannot have so little to... More

It is a economic choice, not far away from downtown (15-20 minutes by foot), clean, new, nice. The hotel it is quite new (if you look around in the street the houses are quite old and ugly) but in the zone it is good and you can get everywhere by foot... nice people in reception

We stay two nights. The hotel it's good. The bed room it's very nice. The restaurant has a very good quality and price. Good wifi. They have prived parking and they make you a discount If you eat at the restaurant. It's like 20 minutes walk to center, but it's not a big deal. I can go back to this... More

Stayed here last weekend with a big group, in hotel premium aeroporto. The hotelrooms are big, nice bathroom and overall clean. Wifi didnt work quite well on the 5th floor that was the only thing, for the rest the rooms were good and cleaned every day. The service in the restaurant was very poorly, especially the last night when we... More

Booked a room for 5 April with visa. When checked out, decided to pay by cash. The receptionist acccepted 49 euros from me and issued me a receipt for payment through my visa card. As it was in Portuguese, I did not know that the bill was in fact charged to my visa a/c. Thus I paid twice for the... More
