We stayed overthere for 3 nights and it was just awesome,from the bathroom to the round bed !The staff was so nice! There were towels and soap, even the television was perfect ! They couldn't make it more perfect ! There is also a mini-bar and the location is perfect (10min from via catarina), there is a pingo doce 1min... More

At first the hotel is VERY HARD to find, they have no signs outside even with navigation you can't find. We booked this hotel weeks before arrival and once arrived the hotel was full.They just showed us some address where we had to go to and didn't even apologize or say anything about this new address. The hotel was overbooked because they FORGOT to charge paper and ink in their fax machine so they didn't receive our booking made 4 days before the arrival date. It is perfectly true that we had a communication problem with the agency that manages one of our online reservations. Because of that we didn’t receive this guests reservation and still received reservations form the other channels. We are very sorry for this situation, that never happened before.
