near braga, but automobile requested, this hotel is fantastic for family with good gardens, facilitys and pools. The rooms are fine and in the party of Sao Joao is a must with nice restaurant and fabulous sardines. Its close to cool ware fountains

Great location with amazing views. Very clean and very friendly staff made us feel welcome. Excellent breakfast. We had an amazing deal for two nights50€ so very happy and would stay again. The only downfall is the rooms were a bit dated. But overall a nice place

I was at Falperra on October 2011. The staff and the hotel is very good. The rooms are clean. Unfortunately the exterior pool was not open. Very good to have a love weekend with inside pool and massage. Try the massage because it's very good. The out side is very beautiful to take pictures and walk around. Enjoy!!

Nice hotel for a brief and relaxed stay; since it is an old religious building, converted in a hotel, the atmosphere is quite dark but made bearable by the exterior surroundings and other indoor amenities like an inside pool & jacuzzi. Due to the distance of the city center, a car is a must. The rooms reflect the building, a... More

I was teaching at a summer school held at the Falperra Hotel in early July. The hotel is outside of Braga (about 15-20 minutes by bus or taxi), up in the hills. The location is cool, comfortable and very green, but a bit out of the way if you want more to do -- there's not much in the vicinity... More

I stayed at the Falperra hotel for three nights while attending a conference at the University. For this reason it turned out not to be ideal as each journey into the city centre or to the conference necessitated a taxi ride costing approximately 10 Euros. The public areas of the hotel are ok, although looking dated, and the pool is... More

While a short drive outside of Braga proper, the Sentir's location in Falperra in the hills is beautiful and near to the shrines and Bom Jesus. The food and accommodation was excellent, four star European style. The hotel has a large pool and spa with a great view. Nice place for a northern Portugal romantic getaway if you don't want... We loved this hotel. We had planned to go camping but the weather was bad and we found our way via tourist info in Braga to this lovely spot. Beautiful views of the mountains, a nice little indoor pool, good restaurant and above all, really relaxed, friendly staff. Great value for money.
