Hotel is situated in excellent place in the city centre. Staff is good, but ony one lady speaks english. Breakfast is continental.
We've booked economy room. The main difference between ordinary and economy room is not air conditioner but place where WC is situated. In our room it was... at balcony. That's very inconvenient.

The location is excellent but the hotel itself is getting a bit run down.
The Reception area is located on the first floor, up some steep stairs. The lift begins immediately you press the button and has no second safety door so be careful. You are issued with a key by Reception to use the lift to floors occupied by...

This is a wonderful, warm, family oriented pension, with 21 rooms, one minute from the Praca de Republica, the focal point in Braga. I have stayed here 3 times, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The family who run in are friendly, helpful, and speak English. Some of the larger rooms are elegant, and the smaller ones are very comfortable....
