I have been 6 times at this hotel. I love the service, allways very helpfull and simpatic. Its a good Hotel for families with children. Very good spa and pool area. Directly acess to the beach. Rooms with large area. Breakfast also good. Nice interiorpool.

We found a hotel nearest to the wonderful beach of porto santo that impressed by a perfect and warmful service and will like to come back. Everyone was trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also organized mountain-bikes and a taxi if needed ans let us know a lot of history and situation of this lovely island.

Wonderful location to rest, very friendly staff, especaily with children. Definetly a family hotel without beeing overcrowded. Goog food, nice restaurant by the pool with affordable light meals. Just returned from a 7 night stay in the Vila Baleira Hotel, and the experience was very positive, above our expectations. I spent a week in Porto Santo at Vila Baleira end of August. The only good thing was the food in the hotel. There wasn' t a place in the open air to stay and relax drinking something. The weather was always windy with a very strong and cold wind. The sea was cold and rough.
