Pestana Porto Santo does not have the quality of a 5 * Hotel. Prices in the restaurants are too high for the servie they provide. Bad service and bad food, especially at lunch time. My husband and I were booked in for 6 days earlier this month for a well deserved break. It's a pity that a resort that has so many possibilities to be a gem treat the clients so badly. They are a four/five star in installations but they are only one in service. Points: Rooms are big but you have not enough furniture to keep your clothes.From most of them you don't see the sea. Pools are OK Free... more
