This is a great hotel. Quiet, relaxed, loads of space. Great breakfasts. Lovely modern spa with sauna and turkish bath. Even when it is busy you won't really notice. You'll need a hire car to be honest, unless you like taxis, as it is a 300m ascent from Funchal city centre. More
