Very clean and tidy hotel which suited us for a week but the hill it was on was a bit challenging on a hot day ! The breakfast was good we didn't eat any other meals their ,we were more than happy with the restaurants in the town. The hotel pool was nice and peaceful and we were more than... More

Very central but still away from the noise and crowds. The perfect hotel for this city!!! Free wifi, very good breakfast, great room! What else do you ask for?! We really enjoyed the stay! The views from the room and restaurant and breakfast area is great too!

Spotlessly clean, and most of the staff were friendly. Atmosphere was a bit dated and style a bit too much like 1950's Colonial, but as most of the other guests appeared likely to slip into a coma at any time, this was probably spot on for them. I think this was the wrong holiday for us - back to the... More

Stayed for 10 nights at the end of June. We had paid for a sea view room but were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite with a lovely large sitting room, a large bedroom and a huge bathroom. The only downside was the small balcony. The Hotel is spotless throughout and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We never had... More

I had high expectations/hopes after reading the reviews and I have to admit we were disappointed. Nothing was terrible but so many things were just average that we were left wishing we had booked elsewhere. First, I booked online and never got a confirmation. I called the hotel and was assured I was booked and that they would email me... More

Just returned from a week at this hotel. The receptionist Theresa, was really great going out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. All of the places she recommended to visit were just perfect, in fact they enhanced our stay. On two occasions she arranged both the travel and visits. Truly as a first point of contact to meet... We travelled as a group (Internat Wine & Food Society - Merseyside/Mid Cheshire Br) and stayed at this hotel. My partner and I were fortunate to be allocated Room 203 on the 1st floor and is a suite with fabulous sea views from a 3 sided aspect balcony!!! How lucky were we? We breakfasted each day in the hotel and... More

Spent the week before Easter in this hotel. We had room 003 which is on floor -1. If you want a decent view ask for 1st or 2nd floor with sea view. We were upgraded free on arrival to a pool view from a land view. Breakfast was good although similar each day, if you ate after 9.00 am items... More
