The only reason this hotel is downrated in its star rating is because it is an aparthotel - part hotel, part timeshare apartments. It really is 5*+. Just returned from a week at this hotel and we were happy with our choice. As others have said it is set in lovely gardens and you have the use of two pools, one at the Village hotel and the adjoining Mirarmar. This was an attractive hotel set in fine gardens (in fact it's two hotels, the other being the Mira Mar, both owned by the Pestano group...along with much else on the island. Visiting in February means that the weather is going to be uncertain, but for us it was bad. Cold and wet doesn't help to write a positive review!... more

Lovely village feel among gardens - better than big blocks which so many hotels feature. Their best feature is their extremely friendly and helpful staff who bent over backwards to assist in every way they could. Not the most modern of hotels, but has a distinct charm. more

A beautiful garden with good sized accommodation. The apartments are slightly dated and could benefit from a full refurbishment. Everything is well maintained and very clean.
