If you love mid century styling and know your Mies from your Lloyd Wright then you will love this place for the architecture. If not then you will most likely love the gardens and be disappointed with the room decor - it is authentic 1950's hardwood - but I loved it. The restaurant is great for it's setting in the... More

Having spent two weeks at the Quinta I would recommend it to any couple looking for a relaxing and romantic break. The gardens and pool area are lovely for spending a lazy day reading and dozing in the sun. The breakfast offerings were fantastic, lots of fresh fruit, meats and breads along with cooked to order eggs and pancakes. The... More

Returned for a 10 day holiday after being taken ill after only a few days last year and having to return home early. The hotel is set in its own extensive gardens. Each area is very private, rooms, restaurants and pool area. Standard rooms are excellent. Large bathroom with bath/shower, bed is the biggest we have ever seen and still... More

We stayed in this hotel from 21/07/2014 till 28/07/2014 and absolutely loved it! If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet hotel, this will be a perfect math. The staff is extremely polite and educated, the food is sublime. I cannot find any negative remark at all. It's bliss!

This is a lovely hotel set in a sub-tropical garden offering a quiet restful stay in beautiful surroundings. Bedrooms are spacious with doors opening onto a private patio overlooking the lovely gardens offering ample space to relax and unwind. The staff are polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast menu is really good with plenty of... More

The Hotel Quinta Da Casa Branca is another delight. The hotel is neatly designed- no surprise that it won an award. Although it only includes 43 rooms you have the feeling of space, space and more space. (How can one stay in those overloaded 350 room hotels after this?) We were welcomed with fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and... More

The hotel came to our expectations and even more. The staff is "super", friendly and they respect our demand for a little bit privacy. The restaurant is also beautiful with fushia colours. Tasteful design. The staff is very polite. Diner is superb.

Just back from 2 weeks in the Quinta da Casa Branca and can certainly recommend this quite hotel in a beautiful garden surrounding. Level of attention for details and service are very high. Staff is very professional and friendly. I recommend half board as the cuisine is simply very good also.

Wanted to try something different for our 25th wedding anniversary and this did not disappoint. Outstanding location within lush sub-tropical gardens. Only 40 or so rooms, so service levels and attention to detail as good as you would expect for 5 star. Half board recommended as dining facilities of excellent quality. Good gym. Heated pool a plus, as was lack... More
