2 weeks here was ok, but not what we expected from a 5* hotel. The beds was hard, the carpets was dirty and the coffee was bad and cold, and served in cans in very poor condition. This hotel is on its way down. More

The Hotel was very nice, booked transport on their website and was collected and dropped off at the airport. We stayed over the New Year period, changed rooms after the first night, found plastic sheet inserts on the mattresses (!!), insects in the bathroom, poor service in the restaurant, shabby facilities in need of upgrade and refurb, - this is far from 5 star, more like2 star.
