Stayed here for one night. Sintra was very quiet because it was the low season. Excellent hotel - bed, furnishings very comfortable. Service was very helpful, cheerful, and fluent in English, helping to arrange our rental car, cabs, and recommendations in town. We got whatever the "premium" room was, ie room 201 in the corner. Breakfast very good with fresh... More

We booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon in Europe. We found it thru tripadvisor and everything I have to say is that it was the best election made. We stay there for five nights so I think is plenty of time to give a review of it. The staff is awesome, specially Sofia Bica thew front desk girl,... More

We thought we'd spend a night outside of the city scenes in Porto and Lisbon. Having read the reviews on TripAdvisor we selected the Sintra Boutique Hotel. Most of the reviews are quite accurate (spacious room, very clean, comfortable, functional, good service, great location, etc.). That said, we really couldn't call it special, unique, or boutique. It lacked charm and... More

We booked this hotel as a walk-in when we decided we would stay in Sintra instead of Lisbon for a couple of nights. Despite our exhausted appearance (including backpacks which normally freak out a reception manager at a quality hotel!), we were treated like the wealthiest of visitors and we didn't even need to ask for anything once we returned... What a wonderful hotel. Loved everything about it and would whole heartedly recommend it. The location couldn't be better and their attention to detail is excellent even providing a birthday cake on our arrival.

Well, I must say that Sintra is a place with many unexpected but happy surprises. This hotel is one of them. The room was spacious and linens were fresh and clean. The mattress was comfortable. There was view from our room. The hotel is also close to the hop on hop off bus stops and various points of interest. I... More

Rarely do we get everything we need in a hotel, that is also reasonably priced. It's located in the heart of the old city, across from the Palacio Nacional. Lovely shops and restaurants/cafes nearby, and about 20min walk to Regaleira. The hotel is modern, comfortable and everything worked. It's very quiet too, with double-glazed windows, we did not hear any... More

Depending upon the room the view of the National Palace is great. I read room 201 was good & I agree. Nice size room & view. The room had a large bathtub to soak after long day walking & seeing the sites. Breakfast was included and very good in the restaurant attached to the lobby

Nice small hotel in a perfect location. Most people go to Sintra on a tour from Lisbon. We decided to stay two nights. It is beautifull place but think that one night is enough. Do not do it on your last night in Portugal traffic to airport from Sintra in heavy. The hotel staff was very nice and room was... More
