Stayed for 2 weeks. Rooms were large, bright, and clean. Large garden, with campfire. Lounge was very social and well decorated. Bathrooms did not match the quality, were poorly constructed cubicles. Cornflakes and toast for breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about local area. Location is perfect, in the centre of the attractions.

Good place to stay in lovely Sintra. There are many good aspects and very minor issues. The good ones are : Good location, close to touristic center, tram stop, Quinta Regaleira. Very nice garden where you can relax and eat your food on fresh air near mini waterfall. Great kitchen where you can cook your food and store it in... More

Very nice place, would highy recommend it. The staff is amazing, very open, but professional and knowledgable. Made us want to come "HOME" every night just to hang out at their amazing garden and talked to their staff.

We stayed here for two nights in September 2013, and had a lovely experience. The hostel/hotel is located near the historic centre of Sintra (3 minute walk if you turn left out of the building and walk directly up the little hill), and is in a lovely building/grounds. We had a double room for two people (rather than the dorms),... More

The building is really nice, with a big yard full of sofas to chill outside. The living-room is very nice, with films to watch on the tv. The kitchen is gorgeous. Beds are comfortable, with nice views from the window and individual lamps for each bed. Breakfast was really good, although i could see when I finished that they were... More

Great spirit - very welcoming. It felt like you're part of a family. The garden is truly amazing specially in the evening for some chilling out after a day of walking up n down the mountain. Price of en suite room might be a tad too pricey but will definitely recommend the place.

Stayed here for a romantic night in sintra, friendly staff and a good room. The room was basic but everything was there that was needed and clean. The view from our window was amazing overlooking the castle and the palace in the mountains. The common area with kitchen was also clean and complete (even though we did not use it).... More

This was a lovely place to stay in a beautiful town.We requested the double room with the dancing couple painted on the wall and it was in the turret with views of the castle.Perfect. The hostel is in a lovely old building with a large garden with relaxation areas. The staff were very helpful and we were able to leave... More

I really liked the place and the staff. My husband screwed up the reservation and they made it right. We came a day early. Pedro couldn't help us enough. He gave us good advice for seeing the sights. Sintra has many amazing sights for such a small town. The Scottish guy ( I feel bad because I forgot his name.)... More

Where do I begin. Definitely the best hostel/b&b/guest house I've ever been! From the start the staff was really nice and helpful. Nice way is right next to the historical center of Sintra so the location is almost perfect. Rooms are in good shape and the view from the six bed dorm is stunning. We planned to stay there couple...
