It's a very basic place and isn't well located to visit Lisbon. For most interesting places you need to take public transport. Rooms are more hostel like than hotel style. Stayed here while at a conference at the Instituto Superior Tecnico. There is a lift so getting luggage upstairs is not a problem (my room was on the 5th floor).
