The other reviews are very accurate with regards to the noise; the street noise is unbelievable! But if that isn't an issue for you, the location and price are almost unbeatable: we were so tired from sightseeing that we didn't care. The staff, while speaking no English, are very friendly and helpful, and while we shared a bathroom it was... More

Perfectly located between two main tube stations and near central Lisbon with lots of restaurants - the only downside is the noise from the streets, but I guess this is a small price to pay. The tiny entrance is quite ugly but inside everything is spotless clean and the staff in absolutely kind and professional. They don't mind to spare... More

I have mixed feeling about this Pensao. There are many good points and some bad. Good: Easy to find, short walk from Restauradores metro stop. Good location, close to Rossio in the centre of Lisboa. Clean rooms and very clean Pensao itself, spotless, outside bathroom cleaned and sparkling. Free internet Negatives: Staff does not give you front door entrance key... More

It was really ugly from the outside, and the area at first didn't look good at all. Then you see is totally safe and the rooms have clean beds and hot water which was what we really needed. We arrive before the check in time, but they kept our luggage for us. They also called a taxi for us and... More

Great location good value for money but nothing else. Its actually not a hotel but they have converted a residential building to accomadate people. Had a hard time finding out the location of the place since there was no proper name board displayed outside this was a common problem with the rest of the tripadviser reviews and one reviewer said... It is very close to the metro station and to the Rossio square. There was no elevator, only narrow, steep stairs and the reception was on the second level. The room was a bit too limited, there was only a small corridor between the beds and the wall on the way to the window and the terrace. The room was... More

The room we had (#201) was very-very noisy. The restaurants under the room's window works till midnight. They have a live music that play till restaurants are closed. Then restaurants staff starts cleaning during which they are speaking too laud. This continuing till about 1am. Then refuse collectors start their work (there are many bottles that are falling with a... More

Located in one of the tipical narrow streets of the baixa, in the most lively and central area of Lisbon a few metres from the airportshuttle stop. The entrance might mislead you since it's very small and there's the tipical electronic indian shop on the right side but when you up everything changes. We booked a double room with shared... More

Location great - Close to airbus stop at Restauradores, walking distance to central Lisbon attractions, street full of cafes etc outside the door. Little English from friendly staff at reception though they try hard, and need to ring at reception to be let into rooms 24 hrs. Clean but basic, some rooms / bathrooms v spacious. A fair bit of...
