After searching for months, and with a budget in mine, I decided to book this hotel not sure about the location. Well what a pleasant surprise. The hotel turned out to be a very confortable hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spotelessly clean, new beds with great pillows. The room was spacious with great sound insulation.... more

The stay did not get off to the best of starts when we discovered we had no kettle and no remote but both were delivered quickly. The rooms are small but have all the facilities that you require. Breakfasts were very good with a wide range of breads, pastries, etc. The scrambled eggs were very nice but the sausage and... more

We stayed at the hotel for three nights on a weekend break with a five year old. The room was very nice - good bedding and a well maintain bathroom. There wasn't much view from the window, but with that one criticism, happy with the room. The breakfast were fine - plenty of choice, although the coffee from the coffee... more

I recently stayed at this property & planned a relaxing three night break away to lisbon. The rooms was clean, but for a new hotel i am amazed nothing worked! the A/C did not work & we remained in the cold,it was warmer outside. The mini fridge it should be in the guinness book of records for being so small, however... more

After reading the previous reviews on here we were disappointed to find a VERY small room, clean & tidy but the bathroom had to be seen to be believed,so tiny !! Lack of staff in bar area ,unable to cope with 4 people wanting a snack at around 1900hrs,in fairness to the staff on duty ,it wasn't their fault and the... more

The hotel, while only about 5 km from the centre of Lisbon is easily accessible by the many buses and Metro that pass by Campo Pequeno (only 250 metres away). We found the buses quicker as we had to use two Metro lines to get into the centre. The hotel is very comfortable, with clean bedrooms and sound proofed very... more
