Very nice hotel in perfect location. Very big and clean room. Staff very helpful . Continental breakfast. Right opposite Baxia tube station and famous 28 tram. Walking distance to castle and other attractions. Couldn't have asked for more.

We had a few problems at this hotel but they were eventually sorted. On arrival we were given a room that belonged to someone else. The second room was at the front (209) and very noisy as the windows didn't fit in the wall property and the room next door was full of builders from 9am till past 6pm. In... More

We had two rooms booked and both of them was ok. The noice from the street can be very annoying. Ask for a room not facing the street if possible. Some of the gentlemen working in the reception were very arrogant. Breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding. The location of the hotel is good, near to everything.

Centrally located, rooms could have been better but not much to complain about. Breakfast was average. Very close to subway station and many cosy restaurants (left side from hotel when exiting the lobby). Tram 28 passes by and nightlife is vivid.

The place was a mess! First night we had no pillows on the bed. The second night house keeping took away our quilt! Several lights in our room were burnt out. Noisy construction. Crappy food. Unfriendly staff. The only good thing was the location.

This is a very old property which badly requires renovation. Breakfast is pathetic. Lifts are small & rickety. There's live music playing just outside the hotel till midnight. If you are a light sleeper or early sleeper, that's bad news. Now for the good part - the location of this hotel is simply the best. Its 108 Rua Garett, right... More

We stayed here as part of a package, so it's difficult to assess the "value for money" aspect in detail. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the upper exit of the Baixa Chiado metro station, and the Number 28 tram stops in the square opposite. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, together with street theatre which... More

Great location a step from chia do metro station and other well known sites. Staff were helpful when approached but were not overly friendly. Bedroom was fine but rather tired and needs updating, eg old coat hangers in rickety wardrobe, fridge that didn't work standing in the middle of the room and no double glazing. The latter meant the room... More

The hotel is in the heart of Lisbon. Baixa - Chiado metro station in less than 10 meters from hotel's entrance. Wifi is not free. Breakfast is below average but not the worst. Rooms are clean but small and old. Street musicians have concerts every night until 3, so if you are not easy to sleep do not book it.
