The hotel is in the heart of Lisbon. Baixa - Chiado metro station in less than 10 meters from hotel's entrance. Wifi is not free. Breakfast is below average but not the worst. Rooms are clean but small and old. Street musicians have concerts every night until 3, so if you are not easy to sleep do not book it.

Location is amazing! Few steps from metro station, in the city center, perfect for exploring the city. Room is big, with very comfortable bed, big bathroom. Breakfast was poor for my taste but OK for few days. WiFi is not free. Street view is very nice, but if you need peace and quiet during the night, ask for a room... More

The hotel is located within blocks of Barrio Alto and several tourist destinations. The metro stop is at the front door. The location is excellent! However, I had to change rooms three times to get an adequate room with air conditioning. Internet worked well and breakfast was included!

If you are looking for a good hotel close to everything in Lisbon this is a very good option. Close to Bairro Alto, restaurants, bars, subway, the famous "Eléctrico 28", shopping mall etc. Confortable suites and very good breakfast.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was not the best, it smelt stale and the decor dull. The bathroom badly needed attention. The staff at reception were welcoming. Overall I am glad my stay was for just one night. I have stayed in better places for the same price. Needs refreshing.

I have waited a week to write this review to give the entire experience some distance, however even in hindsight this was not anywhere near a good experience. In our 3 night stay we had 3 rooms. Two rooms had no working AC. The third room was fine. Ordinarily this is understandable, things happen, however we sat in the lobby... More

We chose this hotel for the location and because it included breakfast. We were really happy with the size of the room, we had so much space to put our luggage and belongings. The washroom is tiny though. This hotel is on a very busy street but the noise dies down around 11pm (we stayed on weekdays). There are many... More

We left a dress and they did not respond to my calls to recover it. People at the reception were very unprofessional. Rooms on the first floor are very noisy. Breakfast is terrible. Not recommended!!!

The best part of this hotel is its location: when exiting the hotel you immidiatly walk on into the square at the end of Rue Garret with plenty of terraces and mostly live music. Good bakery's for breakfast, lunch or even a fine dinner! Problem with room was quickly solved so service is good. Room itsself is a bit oldfashioned... More

Go to this hotel for the location which is perfect! Metro right outside, and tram and taxi stand. Restaurents all near by. Our room for 4 3 kids and myself was very big and over looked the main street. 4th bed wasn't made when we arrived but they gave us another room without hesitation and because I didn't want to...
