The whole hotel (including our room) smelt of drains, the staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful, the breakfast was appalling and everywhere needed renovating. I asked for room with balcony and we got the smallest room I have ever seen in hotel, looked more like cheap hostel. Instead of balcony there was a door window with railing. I went to ask for bigger room and they gave us "normal" room which was probably at least three times (3x seriously) bigger than the previous one.... more
