The reception staff is not at all interactive donot help the tourist in selecting some places to visit, may be because of their poor english or lack of information about the city, both donot go well with the reception staff.hotel is not a value to traveller. No place in... I chose this hotel because of its price and I was not disappointed. Everything worked fine, although some things were a bit unpleasant. The breakfast was very humble – no vegetables or fruit, only some bread, cheese, ham, jams and something to drink. There was no electrical socket in the bathroom making shaving with a shaving machine difficult a bit.... More

Before I arrived at this hotel, I already stayed a couple of nights in hostels in Lisbon with some friends. I decided to spend my last two nights at a hotel because all of my friends have already left. Worst decision ever. Usually I am not a person who is bothered quickly by small things, but in this hotel so... More

If you're planning to stay here, don't expect much and there shouldn't be any surprises. It is located in the wider downtown area, just between two metro stations (Picoas and Marques do Pombal), so you'll be able to get anywhere quite fast. That is definitely a pro, as well as the price for the night I got, which included a... More

Small, comfortable room. Advertised as having a balcony, which it did not, but enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Breakfast on the top floor was great. Clean and quiet. A little far from the most interesting parts of Lisbon, but not that far. Would recommend.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 2.30am. It was lovely to be welcomed by a friendly face. The rooms were clean and contain everything you need. Breakfast basic but fresh and constantly replenished. There was also a roof terrace next to the breakfast room to eat outside or sit in the sun after... More
