The location was ok , near to metro station . The breakfast was very good and atmosphere was excellence. The smell in rooms was not so good. The price was very cheap . They have wifi wirreles in lobby at hotel

Small, comfortable room. Advertised as having a balcony, which it did not, but enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Breakfast on the top floor was great. Clean and quiet. A little far from the most interesting parts of Lisbon, but not that far. Would recommend.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 2.30am. It was lovely to be welcomed by a friendly face. The rooms were clean and contain everything you need. Breakfast basic but fresh and constantly replenished. There was also a roof terrace next to the breakfast room to eat outside or sit in the sun after... More

I arrived at Residencial Caravela at 7am after coming off the night train from Madrid. The train trip had been extremely uncomfortable, so I was tired and grumpy when I arrived. The staff member at the front desk (Gomez?) immediately made my comfort his priority. He allowed me to move into my room straight away (despite check in not being... More

This hotel was fair value for what we paid with minor issues. The location was quite good, rooms were clean and cleaned daily and the staff were helpful and friendly. The TVs are small but there were several English channels, no fridge or easy access to a fridge, and the hot water was lukewarm. Breakfast was basic but was in... More

I had a very comfortable twin room for single use with an ensuite bathroom. The air conditioning was great but in addition the windows opened fully with folding panels. Outside there was a shutter to keep the heat out during the day. Having the wifi in the room was very useful but the TV did have BBC Entertainment and BBC... More

The service was amazing as were the people. Super nice and friendly. The location isn`t bad, supermarkets, restaurants and other stuff aren't far away. Rooms are nice, cable tv and free wireless are available for clients. Variety in rooms and prices. Really liked the place. And the people were simply amazing.

Please, please, please, DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a woman at the reception who is absolutely horrible to deal with. She is so rude, incompetent, and is not helpful. The elevators are also very small so you have to make at least 2 trips with your suitcases. The rooms were not very clean and there are broken appliances. The... More

For a budget traveler like me is Residencial Caravela a good choice. A simple furnished room, but with a private, really clean, bathroom and air conditioning. I like walking so the location doesn’t matter to me (it’s 30 minutes’ walk to the city centre). The place is within easy reach of the airport (it takes 20-25 minutes by bus). It’s... More
