The first time I stayed at the Arts, about 7 years ago, I rather liked it but it seems to have just been sliding downhill since then. Now the rooms look sad and dated. The ones on the back of the hotel have no view and are very noisy because they overlook a busy railway line. The breakfast is so... More

This is a modern hotel not to far from the railway/bus terminal. This is along the shore in a new section of Lisbon. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean; but, they were small rooms. Ask for a room in the front of the hotel as the trains run behind the hotel. There... More

The hotel location is great. Easy walking distance to the esplanade along the river & train station. My room on the 12th floor has fantastic views to the river front. This is the second time I have stayed here, the last time being in Feb/Mar 2014. Both occasions hosted by business associates. Nothing has changed other than My room now... More

This hotel is only 70 euro a night so I'm not sure what the other reviewers are expecting. It's dirt cheap so you can't expect 5 star quality and service. It's great value for what you get! The location is about 20 minutes from downtown, or a 12 euro cab ride.

Absolutely great. Helpful, friendly staff and clean as a whistle. We ate at a small, but packed with locals, cafè 100mtrs further down the street, top food at reasonable prices. Food in the hotel was buffè style and frankly not great.

We stayed one night here after a very late flight as it was close to the airport. They must have been quiet as we were given a suite on the top floor so had loads of space and a great view. As some have said the rooms are looking a little tired but still a great place to stay if... More

The hotel is conveniently located and is a 5 minute walk from the metro station which makes commuting to and from various places very easy. Check in was a bit slow and the receptionist appeared to be very hesitant and not sure of what had to be done. Perhaps this was her first day at the job ..... The room... More

I was there 2 nights, 7th floor to have a wiew on Tage,it's a good hotel getting old, the staff reception is a little slow but kind, for me is best quality is to be at a walking distance from the exhibition fair ,the purpose of my stay. the restaurant looks sad ,so I went outside.

The hotel is in the EXPO area, well out of the city centre, but there is a metro station 5 minutes walk away. It doesn't have a pool, which it should have. The foyer is fine, and looks 4 star. The rooms are OK, perhaps 3 star. The bathrooms are shabby, with little shelf room. Take ballet lessons before you... More

I was advised by one colleague to choose this hotel, and except for the fact that is a bit far from the city center, the hotel in itself is great for business travelers. It is not loud, so you can work if you need to. You can eat there, the room was very big, the staff was friendly, ad overall,... More
