This is hardly a hotel, more like a guesthouse sort of thing, located on an upper floor of an appartment building. It's nothing special but it's a budget kind of stay. If you want to spen little and stay cheap, that is the place. I was alone and just needed a place to sleep and shower, so I took it.... more

I think the other review of this Residencial must be posted in error. It's not an hotel, it's a pension, and as such, one of the best I have stayed in. The rooms (we had two) were spotless. The furnishings are basic but perfectly adequate. The airconditioning was way above average. Location is excellent, 50 yards from a metro station.... more

We spent six nights at this "hotel" last week - pre-booked and paid for unfortunately. The facilities were totally inadequate and, although described as 3 star, would struggle to attain 1 star status.
