I really can't say enough good things about our stay at Casa Amora. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Luis. He spent at least a half hour showing us all that was available to us in the city and at the B&B. He made excellent restaurant recommendations and just made us feel very much at home. Breakfast was amazing... More

We loved our three night stay at Casa Amora ... from the warm welcome by Luis, to the charming deluxe suite, to the amazing breakfast (cooked by wonderful Maria)! In the heart of Lisbon, but a quiet neighborhood right off a little park, and very convenient to all sights for tourists. They deserve the #1 spot they hold!

We have just returned from a short stay here. We found the host most welcoming and solicitous. Our accommodation was comfortable and homely with easy access to buses and the metro. The buffet breakfast was freshly prepared and offered variety. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Casa Amora guest house, from the warm welcome greeting, the location, the accommodation and the fantastic style Portugese breakfasts. It would be very difficult to find fault in any aspect of our stay there. On our arrival we were sat down and explained who the guest house worked and all... More

A lovely, unique and quiet place to stay away from the busy tourist areas yet very accessible to everything as the metro is close by. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts served in the courtyard and loved our cosy, comfortable room with kitchenette. Most of all Juan & Luis are so welcoming and exceptionally helpful - thank you so much to both... More

One of the best bnb's we have ever stayed in. As everyone else has mentioned on here (so I wont go into it too much), Luis is fantastic, the rooms are a joy to stay in and Maria's breakfasts are to die for. The garden is a lovely place to have breakfast in too, allowing you to meet and chat... More

I read a lot of reviews before I made my final decision on staying at Casa Amora. My husband and I both wanted a kitchenette and we settled on reserving the apartment with kitchenette. We were greeted by Juan on arrival. He gave us a warm welcome and oriented us to the guest house. Not only that, he helped us... More

We recently stayed at Casa Amora for three nights. We liked the location--a bit away from the tourist areas of Lisbon, but very accessible to everything. Even though it was a bit far, we walked to everything from there, including the riverfront area and even to the Alfama. Bairro Alto is very close and there are a number of good... More

What a delight to return each evening to Casa Amora and to wake up to the most fantastic breakfast in a cozy garden setting. Juan was so helpful to me all week, finding me very challenging small group day tours(I should have worked out myself state-side); irecting me to the best shops for genuine household pottery and printing my boarding...
