Amazing, a truly amazing experience. It was a privilege to stay at the Vieira da Silva house and have a really 'Portuguese' stay. Daily breakfast at Casa Amora was the perfect way to start each day leaving us with a feeling of being spoilt every morning. All of the clichés` apply to the team, with great sincerity, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable,... More

We spent a weekend at Casa Amora. To put it simply, it is worth flying to Lisbon just to stay at Casa Amora. The place is lovely, clean, cosy, comfortable and really charming. The staff (mainly Juan and Luis that manage the guesthouse) are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. I would strongly recommend. All we need is... More

My husband and I stayed at this charming B&B for 2 weeks, because we were in Lisboa on a 2 week intensive language course before our move to Brazil. We chose this place as it was number 1 one Trip Advisor, and we wanted to stay in a charming place while we did our course. The managers were SUPER friendly... More

As our last stop this summer break, we are so happy that the stay here completed this 3wk trip. My friend and I, we stayed on the 1st floor in the twin room, with the stunning bathroom mirror! Although unlike the ground floor we have to up & down everyday, but it was fine for us, esp. we have the... More

We stayed in the one bedroom suite for 3 nights. We had a great visit to Lisbon and part of that was our experience at the Casa Amora Guesthouse. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. The patio where breakfast is served is very peaceful and quiet- an awesome place to relax before your busy... More

This being my 2nd trip to Lisbon after falling in love with the place years ago, I brought along my partner and parents to show them what they were missing. Lisbon did not disappoint. Casa Amora sent a car service to pick us up from the airport, which, after a 20hr flight was greatly appreciated. Arriving at CA, we were... More

We had a lovely stay at Casa Amora. What stands out most about this guest house is the level of service, the beautiful décor and the delicious breakfasts. We stayed in the duplex studio, with a double bed on the mezzanine and living space and spacious bathroom downstairs. The living area consists of couch, coffee table, TV and small kitchenette,... We arrived very late, but Juan was there to greet us. The room was a loft and was comfortable for three people. It was beautifully furnished. The steps are very narrow getting up to the loft and we wouldn't suggest this room for people who have difficulty climbing. Juan sat with us after breakfast to orient us to the Lisbon... More

This is one of the top BnBs we have stayed in. Juan and Luis are such excellent hosts and warm people in general that they had us sold the moment we stepped in. We arrived nearly at midnight but Juan was there to look after us. Juan even helped us park our car! The BnB is so beautiful! From the... More
