The two best things about this hotel are the showers and the location. It is directly across from Parque Metro station on the blue line, it took us 40 minutes from the airport. However, there is a downside if you have a room facing the front, as it's very noisy, especially early in the morning. When we arrived, we went... More

Decent hotel for a decent price right in front of the metro station Parcque that brings you into the old centre of the city in just a few minutes. The rooms were a bit old fashioned but clean and that's what really matters. Breakfast was very basic but that didn't bother me. The staff was very helpfull as well.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel and although the rooms and decoration were a little tired and could do with some modernisation this hotel is a good base if you want a cheap holiday. The room whilst stuck in the 70s was spotlessly cleaned and offered everything you need to put your head down with a good bathroom, lots of... More

i booked this hotel through thomas cook because this has one of the best review in the city centre .Metro is only across the road. we arrived in the morning and there was a elderly man at the reception without any smile.but when you ask him for information and directions he was very helpful. another younger guy in the reception... I must say my first impression was not the best when I just arrived due the weird and dark location of the reception but once I was on my room the first impression was gone. The place was absolutely clean, an immaculate toilet (with a bidet). The room has also a great view to the main avenue. It is located... More

It is centrally located, just across the metro station, although the city centre is not too far to go on foot and have a nice walk along the magnificent Avenida da Liberdade. This hotel is located at the upper floors of the 8 story building in the residential quiet area near the Marques de Pombal Square. El Corte Ingles shopping... More

Great location that is the only good thing. Wifi only in the lobby- breakfast horrible no fruit instant coffee and instant orange juice. The bathroom was an accident waiting to happen. Treacherous shower. Towels were at a premium. Although the rooms were clean extremely small had to live out of the suitcase the week we were there.

This hotel is ancient and dirty. I had room 609 which opened to a dilapidated building where men were working. The Tv was sucky..snowy, fuzzy buzzing. I complained many times only to have the hotel employee come up and move the loose cable wires around with a remote control. I'm short but I still couldn't sit font ways on the... More
