I was very impressed by this hotel. The location was excellent, nice and near restaraunts, the park and the metro. Room was clean and I was glad that the TV was included in the price, not always the case in my experience. I thought the breakfast was pretty good as well! The best thing was the staff. Sadly, I was... More

Room was clean but very basic, shower cabin was very small, difficult to wash even when you are small. Air con didn't work but big balcony made it up for it. Very good location for underground and busses. Wi-fi in the lobby, bar had a good selection of drinks although you can never be sure if it's open! Breakfast was... More

This is one of those Lisbon hotels which shares the premises with other businesses and I think some residential apartments. Our room was clean and recently decorated with a spotless bathroom but the public parts shared with the other businesses were awful. The stairwell was dark and dirty with lightbulbs missing and some broken windowpanes in the stairwell lights. The... More

Centrally located with easy access to city, metro and bus access straight outside hotel. Clean, breakfast good, although beds are a bit lumpy, for the price its OK. If you want to visit Lisbon on a budget you can't go wrong. More

The reception, hidden in a dark place behind the lift, hosts the worst receptionist I have ever found in a hotel: no greetings, no smile, almost no words, in any language. Creepy atmosphere. The first room we were assigned had a not properly closing window and therefore it was really noise (being directly above a very busy street). We asked... More

We were transferred to this hotel from their sister hotel after a booking mix-up. Our room was on the 7th floor - the decent view (with a small balcony) was probably the best thing about it, although there could be a bit of noise from the traffic outside at certain times of the day. The hotel itself is just across... More

We stayed in room 216 (me, my sister and a friend of mine). Room was nice but when we entered there was a mold smell. That was the only thing I did not like at this hotel. I have no clue if all the rooms are the same but try do not take room 216( it's a triple one) Bathroom... More

I stayed in room 206 on the second floor of the Residencial Horizonte for 3 nights in June 2009 on a city break with a friend. The twin room we stayed in was small, with the décor a little old-fashioned and tired. Having said that, the beds were comfortable and the towels and bed linen were changed daily. The television...
