My friend and I stayed here on a B&B basis for 3 nights in April 2014. And boy are we glad we did. The room was great. Very comfortable and roomy and had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The only drawback (and this is minor!) due to local laws no irons or kettles are allowed in the rooms. The staff... More

Really good sized bedrooms, modern bathroom fully equipped. All staff very helpful. Close to the Metro so very easy to get to hotel from the airport. It took us around 15 minutes to walk into Lisbon main area through lovely park. Breakfast provided everything for every nationality, freshly prepared and constantly topped up. Nice little quiet terrace outside the bar... More

Very clean in the public areas staff very friendly and accommodating. Room spacious as was bathroom. TV with plenty UK channels. Our only complaint was the mattress was rock solid so not the most comfortable nights sleep. Location very good choice for local transport. Easily reached by metro from the airport. Decent rooms and very good breakfast with even gluten free bread available. Very helpful and friendly smiling staff and nothing was too much trouble. Could do with a kettle for tea, coffee in the room and a bit more reading light over the bed would give it five stars. Fairly sized breakfast room... More

Very nice room overlooking the front of the hotel, bathroom was clean and roomy with plenty of hot water for the shower. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the Sao Sebastiao Metro station with good links down to the centre of Lisbon. Taxi's are also very reasonably priced we found.Breakfast was excellent with a large variety from cold... More

This hotel is very conveniently located. There are 2 metro stations in a walking distance. Rooms are large and clean, staff is absolutely great. There's a wifi in the room. I stayed there for my 40th birthday and when I came back to the room in the evening I found a bottle of champagne and a cake. It was a... More

We would definitely return to the Real Palacio or the other hotels in the chain. My husband, I and another couple loved the charming atmosphere, sumptuous delicious breakfast buffet including everything, many homemade delicacies. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 7:30am and they made us very comfortable until our room was ready. The whole hotel is... More

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, large rooms, comfortable beds. The quality of food is very average, the choice is fantastic, including the breakfast and room service. The ground floor has a large bar with a big courtyard. The location of the hotel isn't too central. The sightseeing bus stop is just around... More

The hotel overall did not disappoint. The rooms are a good size and the beds in my opinion were comfortable. I personally loved the breakfast buffet. It had everything from eggs to French toast, juices, cold cuts, crepes, anyway, too much to list, I did not have to wait once for a table and I was there during busy season,... More

We got e Nice room but first morning we was invaded by tiny ants. We told the reception and they should fix it during the day. Well they had put in Silicon but there was still ants. Coming back one week after they Upgraded us, but beds are still to hard. Breakfast is expensive but very good.
