Very nice hotel. Free wi-fi. Great service and fantastic spa. If you stay here you must check out their longevity spa. Location is within financial district, 10 minutes taxi drive from the center. Beware of taxi drivers from the airport.

Stayed here on two different trips in March-April 2012. Rooms were well appointed and quiet. One stay was on exec level and second stay was an upgrade to a suite with exec level access. We had a wonderful pre-cruise stay. The rooms were luxurious, fine linens and plenty of pillow options. Separate shower and tub with Bulgari toiletries. The executive lounge was so well appointed we stayed for hours and didn't even tour Lisbon that day as originally planned. nice hotel overall, decent size rooms (even though you have to call to get an iron). Location is way outside of downtown Lisbon, even though the metro station is only 3 minutes walking distance away - in total about 20 minutes to get downtown. As some other reviewers already mentioned - definitely not a 5 star hotel though...
