Stayed in muly for three nights. The hotel is easy to find and not that far away from the centre (20 min walk or so). The reception is open 24 hours a day and the girls working there were really nice and spoke good english. There is a lot of small cafes (pastelerias) around and picoas tube station close by... More

Well located hotel with nice rooms with a shared bathroom. Just stayed the one night as had to fly back home the next day and it is positioned well for Lisbon and the Airport. Great value for money if looking for a cheap place to stay near Lisbon City Centre. Free WiFi and Air Con - which is needed especially... More

I spent one night at this place, and everything was just fine. It was clean, it was quiet, it was big enough, and even if I had to share the bathroom with other guests, it worked out just fine. the staff were extremely helpful and kind. It was very inexpensive, too. There is a bus stop right around the corner,... More

This hotel is superb. Great location, very low price. This hotel is very near to the centre. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. You cant get this good hotel for this price. I would love to go back and stay again there in future. Their staff is lovely and very helpful. Free high speed wifi too.

Lisbon is an easy city to visit, and this hotel is a good place to stay. We were re-directed 25m round the corner to the "sister" hotel, the Joao XX1, but don't worry, it is not a problem, and has a life and air conditioning as well. The location is near the centre but in a "normal" district, with 3... More

We should have stayed at the Residencial Mar dos Acores but were redirected to their sister hostel round the corner, Joao XXI, rua Gomes Freire, 179, Lisbon. Situated in a residential/business (but only a 20min. Walk to Lisbon centre) area with plenty of cafes, eating places and local mini markets. The reception area is situated on the first floor and... The guesthouse is located within a 5-7 minute reach from the bus stop to the airport, while the historical centre can be walked to in half an hour or so. Rooms are small, but well equipped and clean, and so are the shared bathrooms (rooms come with a sink only). The staff was helpful and I had a good experience... More

Nice, helpful staff, smallish room, but clean and basic, air con a bonus,a reasonable walk in all directions to shops and restaurants,a very reasonable rice. Altogether a good experience, would book again.
