The Hotel looks great on its internet homepage and is listed as a four star! Upon arrival it looks quite grand from outside, also nice lobby but the room we were given was very old and worn! Shabby wooden closets, very old & small bathroom. It is definetley not a four star and our room did not even come close... more

We chose this hotel on the basis of its location - we wanted somewhere handy for the sights in Lisbon. We took a taxi from the airport, around 11 Euro (must be something wrong becuaase it was only 6 Euro to go back) and we were very pleased to see that there was a tram stop right outside the hotel.... more
