Two of us stayed at Solar dos Mouros for 3 nights in March 2008. The taxi driver couldn't find it; the hotel only has a small brass plaque outside, you need to give him the street name and building number. Location is very central, you walk 5 - 10 minutes down a couple of steep stairways right into the centre... more

Had a very lovely time in Lisbon. The hotel was very nice and the views were great. JUst down the road - Resto, marvellous restaurant and the views from the top floor were great. We went to a great fado evening at A Baiuca - difficult to find (close enough to walk to from the hotel) but worth the effort.... more
