The location is great - 2 blocks from the metro line (which is great in Lisbon) and right in the centre of the city. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and breakfast more than adequate. The price was definitely reasonable considering the room was small and the internet did not always work in our room. Lisbon is such an exciting... More

We chose this hotel because of its location. We took a taxi to the hotel and dragged our suitcases, only to learn our room will not be ready for our first night (no reason given) and that they booked another hotel for us (with the same price). To be fair the other hotel had more stars and it was also... More

Great if you really want to live LISBON.. rooms are not great but definitely worth the price paid. The rooms on the higher floors are renowned and pretty clean so don't forget to ask the hotel to book one of those rooms.

Located in the heart of Lisboa it's the best place to stay if you are on a city trip. We had a room with shared facilities.... oops we didn't recognize that when we booked. That's why we only paid 39€ for three night breakfast included. For the money we paid it was more than okay. The facilities were.... not always... More

The hotel is a short walk from a beautiful plaza and the river. It is in the middle of the neighborhood "Baixa." There is a lot of night life one neighborhood over if that is what you're interested in or a lot of cultural locations nearby in Alfama if you're interested in that. The rooms are what you pay for.... More

The hotel did a really nice job by taking deceiving photos, to make it look habitable. The rooms are cramped and dirty. You have to turn sideways to get in between the nightstand and "closet" as well as the narrow pathway past the shower to get to the toilet. The bed covers had stains on them and the carpet in... I stayed in a double standard room with my partner on the upper floor room hence there was no noise issues. The hotel is centrally located with cafes and restaurants at hand which is a bonus. The breakfast was basic but tasty and fresh rolls supplied daily. I would recommend this hotel to the couples on the budget but if... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the location and service by the hotel staff to be excellent. We were given a room overlooking the main street and although it wasn't the quietest of rooms it was lovely to look down out of the window at all of the hustle and bustle. The famous castle is worth a visit.... More
