Day one in Lisbon and off we went to see the city. Upon return to this mediocre hotel we found all of our cash missing from the room. We reported this to the police who were very professional. The hotel manager, on the other hand, insisted that we "must be mistaken" and implied that we were not truthful. Not one... More

This is a complete lie, we can not accept such an huge lie from a client, we are not here to take anyones money. That is why , even the police to the client that it would be impossible for something to happen if the client would use the safe box if it would be in the hotel. We never... More

Yes there is a little noise and yes the corridors are a little tight but the hotel is centrally located for attractions , restaurants and transportation. My husband and I were there in August with two other couples so I was able to view 3 rooms. They were all a comfortable size. The rooms were clean , the hotel is... More

I must admit - i never take a 2 stars hotel. But, in the last minute I was obliged to make changes and the result was, I cancelled a 4 stars hotel and ordered for almost the same cost, the above hotel. Since we were 3 adults I ordered a so called "suite" and the size according to the reservation... More

This hotel is ideally locate to subway and the main features of the beautiful city of lisbon, possibly the most beautiful city i have ever seen, but it is a very basic hotel, if your claustrophobic stay away.

Centre of the old city - amazing location great value for money our room was huge, had a sitting area and a queen bed with lovely french doors and good sized shower room. Great base for exploring Lisbon for a week, we were within walking distance of everything, and though it was right in the middle of the old city... More

The Hotel is older and rooms are very small. Although, location is perfect. Overall for the price we paid we really enjoyed. This hotel is not fancy at all, so if you like luxuries hotels i would not recommend. I am sure you can find better quality but not sure if you can find better location.

The hotel, though older, was the perfect location for touring and enjoying Lisbon. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The first night we had no toilet, but were given a newer room and one with toilet for the remainder of our stay. FYI , s/toilet , means sim or no, toilet. Confusing in booking, otherwise all else was terrific!

Yes, I have been in this hotel for the last 30 years, and I am still coming back. The reason? Easy: - Situated in the hearth of the town - Rooms are good enough – not luxurious or fancy, but clean - Good breakfast included in the price - Yes, the price: Quite acceptable, comparing with other hotels - The rooms...
